• Cutlery with Swarovski inserts and cutlery with golden and silver plated decorative elements are not covered by warranty in case of dishwashing. Only wash by hand
• Follow the instructions that come with your dishwasher
• Remove and hand-dry the cutlery as soon as the wash cycle has finished
• Load knives separately from other pieces and with the blades pointing downwards (this avoids the possibility of accidental cuts)
• Avoid to use a rinse-and-hold cycle and to leave cutlery in a damp atmosphere because they can get stained or damaged
